Here you can find how we handle personal data on our real estate showroom platform and in our integrations: lead capture from third-party advertising campaigns and the voluntary connection of Google Calendar to transcribe meetings.

In short: we collect the contact details people leave in forms (name, email, phone) to pass them on to the CRM of the relevant real estate client, plus limited technical browsing data. When a user of our dashboard connects their Google Calendar, we read (read-only) the title, time, video call link and guests of their upcoming events, for the sole purpose of letting our note-taking assistant join the meeting and transcribe it. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

You can request the deletion of your data at any time, and revoke calendar access from our dashboard or from your Google account. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
