Data deletion instructions

We respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data that Urbania3D may be processing, including data captured through advertising campaign forms (for example, Meta Lead Ads) and prospects managed on our platform.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to urbania3d.app@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include details that allow us to identify you: the email and/or phone number you used in the form and, if you know it, the project, company or campaign through which you contacted us.
- You will receive a confirmation and we will process the request within a reasonable time (normally up to 30 days).
Important. When your data comes from an advertising campaign of one of our clients, that client (the real estate developer/sales firm) is the Controller. We can delete the data from our systems and, where applicable, forward your request to the client so that they also delete it from theirs. If you know who the advertiser is, you can also contact them directly.
What we delete
When processing a valid request, we delete the associated personal data (name, email, phone, ID number and messages) from our systems, except for information we must keep for legal obligations or for the defense of claims, which is kept in a limited and protected manner.
