These terms govern the use of the digital real estate showroom platform and the associated services provided by Urbania3D to its clients (property developers and real estate sales firms) and to the visitors of those showrooms.
1. Use of the service
Showrooms are offered to explore real estate projects and to facilitate contact with the relevant real estate client. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of third parties, or to attempt to compromise their security or availability.
2. Content and ownership
The content of each showroom (images, floor plans, texts, videos) belongs to the real estate client that publishes it or to its licensors. The platform and its technology belong to Urbania3D. No right over them is granted except the intended use of the service.
3. Leads and data
When you submit a form or inquiry, your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and made available to the real estate client to handle your inquiry.
4. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Urbania3D will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page.
